It has to be delicious, its in the name! This is one of my very favorites, and Lee's too! Its especially good for when you've got a long day and want to rest when you get home, not spend all your time cooking.
INGREDIENTS
1 lb of frozen chicken
1/2 a bottle of Italian dressing
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 block of cream cheese
1 lb egg noodles
In the morning, put about a pound of chicken in the crock pot on low. Put in about half to 3/4 of a bottle of Italian salad dressing, depending on how much chicken you are using. When you get home, you need to take the chicken out of the crock pot. Add to the juices the can of soup and the block of cream cheese. Add a little more dressing if the mixture is still very thick.
While the soup and cream cheese is combining, place a large pot of water over high heat for the egg noodles. While waiting for it to come to a boil, pull apart the chicken. Then add the chicken back into the creamy mixture.
Follow the directions on the package of egg noodles.
Serve the chicken over noodles and VOILA! CHICKEN DELICIOUS!
